What is the best way to add fx into tracks? In particular delay's and other fx that are not built in to the mpc.

Do i have to do it on the cpu then go thru the hassle of importing into the mpc and then seeing how it sounds. or is there a way to midi something thru logic, etc?

Can someone help a brotha out?

Run the outputs of the MPC through the effects and monitor them. MPC - Mixer - effect processor - mixer - monitors

sorry to be a pain in the ass...but do the outputs have to go thru hardware efx , or could i use the efx somehow on a software prog...

and if i can do that how can i get the fx to play on the mpc?

(thanks again)

Depends what software you got...if you have anything with DirectX or VST plugins, setup a plugin/effect on the audio input, connect your MPCto that input, and voila!

Then your can resample the sounds back into the mpc, or in your PC to be transferred later.
