Don't have the XL. Have the 3000, but love this program. I use it almost everyday. You should really download the demo and check it out. If it doesn't work for ya, you'll know very quckly. I wouldn't take somebody else's word for it....especially while the demo is free.

The major question is whether you are OSX or OS9. There were some problems, but a lot have been ironed out.

Peace.

I use a USB on my iMac, PGM Maker with OSX (10.3) and an internal Zip in my MPC, and have never had a problem with it.

Its a really, really useful program, very nicely designed, and cheap for the time it saves.

Like Homershines said, get the demo, check it out, and if you like it, pay ur $20. You won't regret it.

there is a way to make hidden files viewable in osx. i have forgotten exactly how. but there is a program for x called tinker tool. it is available on downloads.com and is free. its has the same feature.

"when i load the file in the MPC there is a lot of files with the same name but funny signs"

Try using 8 characters of less for the filenames.
