also would guitar center sell that mounting kit for the hard drive and any recomendations on a good 40gb hard drive i could find at compUSA or bestbuy?

that looks about right for the ram ....there is a sticky for the hard drive recommendations...... and i am not sre about guitar center selling the hdm10 kit but vstservice.com does...

guitar center sells the hard drive kit. i ordered it from them and it took about a week to get. i think the guy waited until the next day to order it.

if you can try to order it yourself if gc doesnt have it in stock. personally i think gc customer service sucks. so i will order something from them as a last resort.
