note freezing question

I am using my fantom x with my mpc and sometimes a note will freeze and the only way to stop it is the switch to a different sound on that particular track. Is anyone familiar with this and can help me out??

i have this problem too with my synth occasionally.

if you are using the MPC as the sequencer - check to see if any midi notes have clashing durations, i.e. notes overlapping at the end of sequences.

MIDI is sweet, a wicked invention... when it works.

sometimes it freaks out, in my experience anyway. so you just gotta
find the best way to deal with it. make your seq's as tight as possible.
