What did preem sample for Waiting for the world to end by Rakim?

Yo One...I aint been on the forums for a minute... just logged back in yesterday the first time since my Gangstarr-Battle post... But I cant figure the Rakim "Waitin 4 tha World..." original joint either...That and Xzibit's "What a Mess" and one more...Group Homes-Up against the wall-not the mix(cant remeber twhich one i mean-Getaway or Low Budget---I think its the Getaway Car Mix) but not the one that samples Isaac Hayes-Windows of the world(Live @ Sahara Tahoe). No 1 else seems to know em either, Imma laugh if it was something so common or something thats already sittin in one of my crates... Like the Make Em Pay-(GS feat Krumb) joint... I had a copy of that Five Special Joint it was in a Box of wax i copped at a yard sale for like $3..I just never listened to it, cuz i had so many better recorfd to peep 4 samples, but I seen it on ultragraphik and just laughed... I'll figure Nas Is Like... out eventually, but i found 1 more Preem joint i cant figure out...Group Home's-SupaStar...The-breaks.com says it's 5th Dimension-He's a Runner, but it aint..I got that 5th Dimension album, mosdef not on there, but i did find a straight drumbreak on that 5th D LP......If anyone knows "Supa Star" Holla...
