2000xl Vs. 60

Here's the deal yall - I've come up on two good sounding deals.

First is for an XL in good shape. 32 Megs and an Internal Zip drive, everything else is stock.

Second, is a 60 in good shape (minus one missing fader knob). OS 3.1, ram expansion, and SCSI interface.

I've read up on both a ton, and considering I already have an s900, I'm leaning XL because of the extra functions. I don't mind using floppies/zip disks and I'm sick of computers (which is partly why I'm checking these).

If you were in my shoes, what would you go for ? Would I be missing anything if I went XL ?

you're not really missing out much considering you already have the s900 as a 12-bit sampler. So go ahead and grab the XL.

go with 60.

But yes, I have decided to go with the XL. The sixty just seems like a bit too big of a headache as far as its slowness and short sampling time-especially considering I have the 12-bit covered. Thanks yall.
