hey what's the most efficient way to sample 2 parts?

I'm trying to sample 2 parts for this song and I actually wanna put the second peice of the sample on bank B how do I do that? Or if there is a better way to do it please let me know

this needs to be in the newbie section press b (as in sound bank b) and assign the sound to a pad
