Proffesional Saving Workflow

There was another thread on "Saving Methods" but it got off subject. I'm looking for advice on exactly how the organized expert mpc user suggests saving work. Including; at the beginning of a new song, during work on the song and at completion of the song. If anyone has time to address this I would be greatly appreciative.

You can see various saving methods if you check carefully the other threat.. someone prefer to save seq, program and allsq&song, some prefer saving entire project (my method), etc...

I never made that before, so I don't know. :S

I just put my cf card inside, the first day I had my mpc, since that I dont take it off anymore.

for instance i just loaded a program, made a sequence. saved entire memory to autoload. turned off and on the mpc and when i play the sequence there is no track 1 anymore? and the pad bank b samples are mostly gone. could it be that i didn't name the sequence? or left 12 levels on after recording the 2nd track? is the mpc that delicate?

does entire memory truly include, sequences, samples, programs?

i'd really appreciate any help i can get.

you know what.. my bad i'm stupid. had set the autoload to off before saving.

damn this saving thing is a problem on the 500. its like the pads for the 1000(only an OS fix is easier than replacing pad IMO)

oh well.
i remeber my 2000xl had saving techniques which had to be done too so itd function correctly.
