Will this ram work?

Hi, I've found a stick of 256mb kingston ram, everything looks right (256mb, PC133, CL3) however it also mentions Non-Parity, should this be right?

wow!!! I can't bilieve that.. I thought what 128MB EXM is the maximum you can get for MPc 2500... Should I try this RAM for 256MB? Even they call this- VALUE RAM.... could It be a bit doggy stuff? Guys what do you think?

It will only read as 128mb MAX

You need to put 256mb of this stuff in to get 128mb on the mpc so the advantage isn't getting extra ram, the advantage is that akai ram cost £100 where as this cost £20.

Second that. 128mb reads as 64mb, 256 as 128...

Also, heads up:

At my local computer store, we tried out a bunch of different RAM chips. None of the 100mhz speed chips worked--ONLY 133mhz. Just keep this in mind when your looking for memory.

Is that means, If I'll get 128 EXM Akai,in real time I will have only 64 MB?

No, if you get the Akai 128 EXM you will get the full 128mb

isnt the advantage extra ram (still) cus u need to fill up the 256MB for it to say full 128 mb or am i right even though its a bargin but u still get 256 mb to full up but it will only say 128mb right or am i wrong thinking off getting this will i still need to add anything more or is that enough dont think i need cd option cus i got a laptop for that plus it dont burn it only saves
