HOW MANY OF YOU HAD BAD PADS ON MPC1000 ???

I WANT TO KNOW HOW MANY OF YOU HAD PAD PROBLEMS WITH MPC1000? SINCE THIS IS MY FIRST MPC, I DON'T THINK OF IT AS SUCH A BIG PROBLEM, BUT MANY PEOPLE DO.

and when you vote, post what you voted AND how soon after purchase the pad broke.

and my pads started breaking 3 months after i purchased my mpc

YES, MINE CAME WITH A WEAK PAD, I GOT MINE USED. IT'S UPPER LEFT, SO I DON'T USE THAT ONE THAT MUCH.

No probs since 2004.

no problems for at least 3 months now

interesting...i thought everybody would have the problem after about a year...i might get a 1000 afterall.

yes, more than once. Pad 1,2 6 are out. datawheel works on and off. arrowbuttons stopped workin but healed them self, i noticed that someone else had the same thing happen.
had it for a year and a half

oh ye, the stop button gets stuck under the metal sheat sometimes

1000 for 1year and change...

since i bought it when it first came out, 4 pads had problems. Mine came with a useless pad new also. i use the ol' blue one.

no problems , been having the blue one for 1 year exactly .... its like brand new ...

5 pads went one by one, right after the warranty expired.
