card reader on ebay

this is not my auction, just figured i'd help spread the word.

the seller claims it will work with the mpc2000xl. i ordered one and will let you know if it works or not.

got mine from there too... works without any problems!!

i'm using kingston 1GB cf cards and i can easily switch from pc to mpc and back,
creating folders and all that good stuff. and i din't even have to format my card... running OS 1.14

oh man! that's really good to hear. i've read all the horror stories of people no be able to use this drive or that drive.

how hard was it to install? i have a floppy drive now and i've seen some tutorials online. it doesn't look that bad.

installation was real easy.
but i already had an internal zip drive, not a floppy...

but still, just follow the tutorial
step by step and you'll be good..
