sending songs back to pc

Ok I have made a beat on my mpc 1000, how do I put it back on my pc? Ive tried saving the sequence on my memory card then sending it via usb but the pc wont read .SEQ files..please help!

but what about mixing, i want to mix it again in the computer and its kinda a pain to sample every track out and then put it back together in the pc.

plus i suspect some generation loss. not much but they never sound as crisp as they are in the mpc.

Convert it to a MIDI file.....guess theres no AKAI.sys for the 1000 huh?

It would be a pain to export the separate track indeed, but you don't really have to do this. Just hook up the jacks on the rear of the mpc to your computer and take it from there. This ofcourse is depending on you actually having 4 inputs on your soundcard...

So help me out here, I got my beat what steps to I need to take to convert that to an mp3 on my laptop, and what programmes do I need before doing that?

yeah this is really confusing...what all do i need to buy to do this...were do you think i can buy this...? Can someone send me a link or create a video showing how to do this?
