Chop Shop Is Messed up!!!!

I have a problem that has just happened. When I record a sample to the mpc everythings fine, I take it to the chop shop everythings good and the sample plays as recorded. But when I chop it and make a new program The samples sound way different. The samples sound low and muffled. Why the hell did it start doing this, there has never been a problem before?

Chop shop converts the sounds from stereo to mono... could that be it? Otherwise, I would just say check out the parameters of your pads in the program mode.

Surely its not that difficult for Akai to sort out stereo samples remain stereo

Use the "extract" feature instead of chop shop, I think the sample remains stereo.

You tried the JJ OS? It solves this problem.
