no problem i make my seqs with the same tracks. for instance i have my intro sequence in which not all the tracks are playing and i've noticed if i don't turn the first sequence loop to OFF, in mode song after converting it won't play normally. is that a strange thing or was it like that in 2.10 before?

thx for your link lampdog but i don't know if what i said in my first post is a jj os bug or not.

i'll try to make it clearer.

i have 8 sequences

each sequences have 3 tracks

in sequence 1 (which is the refering seq for mode song) track 3 doesn't play.

and the thing that i think is strange is in the right upper corner you have LOOP ON/ OFF when you record or overdub. and if sequence 1 loop is on track 3 won't play in a converted song. if loop is off in the first seq no problem when i'll convert the song.

am i dreaming or what? lol
nobody get stuff like that?

u gotta have each track for every sequence set as the same program or it wont play right wen u create ur song. Say ur Track 3-kick in sq.1, in every other sequence Track 3 has to be kick, and if u dont use kick in that sequence leave track 3 unused, is this what ur talking about?

no that's not the problem,
i'm gonna check again tomorrow.

i'll explain again.
remember i have 3 tracks each with its own program.

first program in first track is a sample only used for the introduction (i.e sequence 1 the first in mode song too)

second track is the beat (kick snare hat crash) which plays a little bit at the end of sequence 1

third track is the main sample which doesn't play in sequence 1 (starts only in sequence 2)

song mode is organized like seq 1,2,3...8 and if i convert the normal way
track3 with the main sample won't play.

i have to set loop OFF ( upper right corner in main mode) to first sequence and after converting into a song it works like it should be.

since nobody seems to understand i have a doubt and i'll check tomorrow.

Couldnt recreate your problem, is the track muted in your first seq or just empty? Everything works fine with me

came back home today and i couldn't reproduce the bug too. it's strange coz it's not the first time it happened. anyway must be my fault then.
sorry for the wrong alert.

topic change : do you get a weird sound when you press overdub + play in trim mode? ( about metronome)
