Card Readers & Filesystems

Sorry if this has been said before. But I'm assuming on the 60 with 3.10 you can on only do it through SCSI?? Or is internal possible??

^basically if you can do external scsi of course you can do internal scsi it would just take some know-how....I don't care if it's inside and don't know why this is such a big deal to some

It's not that big of a deal. I don't know to much about SCSI, as I've always just dealt with the supplied memory that comes with the MPC's. It's always good to just know. And now I do. Thanks.

I wouldnt want to sacrifice my floppy drive, esp not if I was using a 60.
So, in my book external is always the easiest and best way to go.
If youre not too happy with the thought of inverting your scsi to make shit work internal
I'd suggest to look for a case with SCSI connections on the back, you can easily turn your internal to an external that way

Whilst I think an internal card reader is a great option if you get around to fitting one ...... ( great for live use, less stuff to cart around, etc )

I'll go with c.toon on the "external is always easiest and best".

Because ...... it's true.

Some times the simple ways of doing things are the best for getting up and running.

You can always fit the drive internal later on when you're technical installation chops have improved.
