Its good. I use it. The only Behringer product i like.

No noise. Nice EQ and bass cutoff, adequate auxs.

I have no dislikes, my only dislike is that i should have got the 16 input version....i am positive there is no noise, i can see it when tracking to Pro Tools, or rather, cant see it. Also, the salesman (who i trust, bought a Digi 001, Waves collection, and a MS2000 cause of him) literally had to talk me out of buying a Mackie, when a salesman takes a cut in commission to save you money, you know its all good. I promise you wont be dissapointed.
