saving methods

The way I'm saving my tracks now is basically making a new folder for each song and saving all programs and sounds file in it also all sequences and songs in there too.... is that the best method to save and load easier? or is there another way?

The way you're doing it is correct to avoid errors, just be sure to save to a new folder if you make revisions, and don't overwrite existing files.
