step my game up

so I'm trying to step my game up with this ish... the best way I know is to get more drums... anyone know where I can get more percussion instruments? make my shit sound whole.... Even a break or something that I can chopp up anyone know?

search the web for one shots, if thats what youre looking for. when i first started doing this with fl studio, i used to search site after site looking for drum samples. people give away good and bad samples. i collected a few gigs of samples in no time. now i have like 22 gigs, 5 gigs are all found on the net, the others i bought for a crazy cheap price, and dont hardly use.

if you are using a daw, dont sleep on soundfonts either. if you dont have an sf player, there are some free ones out there. i think the most popular freebie is sfz.

search and you will find grasshopper.

get a drummachine... and sample of the drum machine = unlimited drums

makes sense I was gonna get a electronic drum set and do it that way but I just had to drop 1600 on a new mpc so i was like nah le tme jst keep sampling them
