What Case?

if you have a case please post which one you have here. I am trying to get ideas of what you all look for in a case for the MPC1000.

I am gonna try and design one, perhaps 2. One soft and one hard case.

i dont have a case but i suppose a gun case or an attache case would do. maybe one of those camera cases with the cubed foam that you can remove to an appropriate shape.

i bin totin an old style mini globex suitcase for my mp, which is alright,
but obviously not purpose built.

i'd like to see something pretty heavy duty, with good quality foam,
and with a removable panel so you can hook up all your cables etc
without having to remove the mp from the case.

just a thought bro.

That is what I was thinking about as well. maybe even tilt up a smidge so the screen is easier to see and the cables can be easily plugged in without having to pull the MPC out of the case.

I just use a laptop case.

i use one of those aluminum attache cases, i got it for 35$ on ebay, ripped out the inside bullshit, and placed some cut up soundfoam to make it fit snug.

it works cool, but i wish they made a more "road case" looking case for the 1000

i use a laptop bag when im around, but for life joints i just mount it in my turntable case

laptop bag. it'd be nice to have a case, but typically the bag is good enough for me.

i'm looking for a cool little table to play on for shows.

I ordered a custom ATA case... it was a little pricey at $200.

I got mine off ebay and it came with an 'MPC Man' bag that was made by Akai. It's pretty much just a laptop bag.
