What's up people this is your boy New York RED! Hey I was thinking about trading in my 1000 for a 2500. Can anyone tell if it's a good move or not. Also can you burn audio directly to CD, or can you just rip wav files from it (sample I mean). Holla back. ONE!!!!!!!

Who would trade a 1000 for a 2500?
The 2500 is way better, it has features of all the other mpcs.

The machine is not made to record your shit, but I figured out a cool way to record your shit on to a cd while you don't have your mixer or recorder.

You'll need to upgrade the internal memory though.

here is what you do:

get your song ready, all the sequences and shit.
Then go to the 2500 feature and select record output (you will record all the sounds that come out of your mpc).

Now with your new internal ram you can record up to 24 minutes of samples, so record your whole song to a new sample and burn that sample on to the cd.

wow, that was a whack description, but I hope you get the Idea.
