it`s driving me crazy, but i can`t find the answer myself, - there MUST be an easy way around:

let`s say i record 3 tracks into a sequence,
first is the BassDrum.
i go and search on the pads for a kick, record, and ok.
then: next track - a HiHat.
i select another program, search on 4 banks for a good hi-hat, and record.
then a snare: search for a snare, record - FINE.

but: if i come back to track one later, to do some adjustments, go to the mixer :
how can i tell wich kick it was - to adjust the level-settings, the FX ... and on wich pad in wich bank i can find it?

i just don`t find a way of getting around to play all the 16 pads on all 4 banks of the selected program to find my sample and have some tuning done.

would be very helpful if you have an advice

look in the step edit screen to see which pads are used in that track?
