Here it is for the DIYers... I made some schematics to show how to do a proper output boost... Peace.

I don't know what this means, but it's probably a good look for somebody

would it help if I posted pics of the inside of my 60, I got the output boost and the headphone mod?

Can we get alittle more detail?

What do the new red numbers correspond to ? New resistors?

yeah that would be a great help. I think I am going to do this mod soon. I'll take pics of the process and post em here too.

Unfortunately that's not like Forat's mod.

somebody post some pics on how to do this, cuz them schematics are not easy to understand.. especially for someone like me..

Not trying to insult but that kinda say's maybe you shouldn't be inside the 60 with the iron.
That's a pretty straight forward diagram of which resistors he's talking about changing and where they are located in the signal path.

the resistors should be labelled on the PCB. Once you find the correct resistor, you can confirm it by reading the stripes on the resistor. Go about halfway down on this page to find a guide on how to read resistor values:

http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Resistor

the k (as in 56k or 4.7k) is thousand which you prolly already know if you're into money...

Also, if I may, I'd suggest using some high grade audio resistors like Vishay RN55D (do a search at mouser.com). Don't get your resistors from Radio Shack.

And while you have your unit open, can anybody give me the numbers on those opamps? The ones in the schematic labelled M5220P and M5238P. Good looks.
