Password not working

JJ sent me my password today but when i load it into the 2500 it tells me password error and i sent the right product id and i'm putting the right code is there something i'm missing please help if anyone can

jj fixed it already he gave me the wrong password

send me the password and let me see if it happens on mine too...........
