How can syn MPC200xl to Logic or Motu express xt

I'm new for Mpc. And I would like to know how to Syn MPC to logic, Can Syn via MTC? and how to make it? Or smte if i use Motu midi express XT it's possible to use without TAPE or DAT? and how to use it.
