I think the group he sampled is named The Main Ingredient ... Not too sure though.

Thanks. I play for my church worship team and we're gonna play this song with new lyrics for sunday...I told the team we're gonna play some rap music and they laughed....samples hot....it'll be even hotter live with a real band!
