PLEASE HELP!

When ever i try to lay down a beat over a sample, the beat sounds much different then how i played it. it's almost as if there is a hidden grid that the beats snap to. is there any way i can change this? thank you.

yeh i had the same problem, you all dont have to act like that though i mean if people didnt ask questions they be no forum right?

there is a forum called 'getting started' for these kinds of questions, but they always seem to end up here for some reason.

is this a 'problem'? what is the nature of this 'problem'? where do you suppose the 'problem' in question arises? could it be a lack of research on your part?
