I just saved the Sequence as Midi in the MPC. Transfer midi file to PC via usb and open in PC.

If i'm tracking audio, I solo each track in the MPC to record it to DAW.

If your sound card hasmore than 2 inputs, you can send more than 2 tracks at a time. The key to tracking with MPC and DAW is having the two midi synced. In AA, I use MPC as Master (MTC). In other DAWs, MPC is slaved (I use Midi clock in PT).

Quick question...this is a subject I'm trying to get to grips with.

When you say AA, do you mean Adobe Audition?

I've been trying to get it to slave to my MPC60 via MTC...no lick, and I'm looking for some tracking software that will successfully slave or master Midi Clock... I'd rather not have to shell out for one of the big boys though!

Any recommendations... and if Audition works, how did you set it up?
