i asked this in getting started but im not very patient.

can i assign almost anything ie. swing, pitch of individual tracks, effects of individual tracks, ect. to some sort of midi controller with loads of knobs and have it saved so i can load it everytime i want to?

sorry i dont know anything about midi technology. if it doesnt work this way what do you guys reccomend?

you cant do this yet. but supposedly external control via midi continuous controllers is whats on offer very soon by the jj os.

this is an appropriate question for this forum.

you should buy now if you ask me. its free to upgrade forever once you have a password. even the way it is, jj os turns this thing into a beast. and dont forget that you can go back and forth between any os very easily. takes hardly any time at all.
