Digi 002 or Digi 002 rack and the NEW Command 8?

Peep the digidesign site and take a look at the NEW Command 8! Which would u cop the Digi 002 or Digi 002 rack and the NEW Command 8?

the rack and the control 8. that thing looks tight.

The C8 is only USB, while 002 is firewire. I would think Firewire would be a better choice if you had the extra money.

~Frankly the command 8 will be teamed up wit the digi 002 rack which is firewire! If u dont have all the $$ up front to cop the digi 002 then peeps can cop the digi 002 rack[buyer would have to use the mouse for a lil while tho but its cool] then later whe the $$ is right peeps can get some what of the feel of the digi 002 by coppin the command 8 to go along wit the digi 002 rack ya feel me!

002 mixer:$2200


seems pretty cut and dry to me. the command 8 doesnt appear to have anything the 002 mixer doesnt. i dont know about you but i'd rather save the 2 bills and get some more records! i just applied for a loan at the bank to get the 002 mixer, to each his own.

I got my digi 002 rack[brand new factory seal] from one of my connects that work in the guitar center for alot cheaper then what u posted mesh!

Yup, if you know anyone with a GC-Pro account, you can expect to get everything at least 20%-40% cheaper than what they list. GC-Pro is a very good service, they definately cater to you and get you the cheapest price possible, way below anything sold at retail levels.
