Need Some help \ SCSI Drive to MPC2000XL

Hello,
i want some details about the scsi drive,
whats the extacly name of this thing,
what i need to do, or need for this thing.
how it connect to computer and how it connect to the mpc.

what kind of SCSI drive? there are a few options...

-ZIP drive (internal and external)
-CD rom
-card reader (internal XL only without major mods)
-harddrive

you can find the info your looking for based on what SCSI drive you want to hook up by searching, also looking in the MPC bible post from Lampdog, search for that also, and read everything pertaining to the info your looking for.

the scsi is faster from the flopy drive?
you can bring pictures of the scsi hard drive and piture of the cable?

Stay away from SCSI of you can. But if you have to go SCSI go with a hard drive. Zip is really out of the SCSI game now, and you wont find many drives that work with the MPC in the store anymore. You have to ebay it or something.

But you can still find some harddrives that might work. But look for a card reader if you can. It is better to deal with over all.

hi!! urr may b u can check from ebay search "hard drive, akai" sorry i can't add the picture. but you will find from ebay for sure.
