what is the pc field for? how do i use it, how do you use it?

You answered your own question in the other thread you made talking about PC's. It's a function where you can cycle through sounds/patches/presets/whatever on an external MIDI device, from your MPC(so you don't have to run across the room to get a different synth preset, for instance)

Personally, this is one of my favorite features of the MPC, I use the hell out of it.

but do i have to change,to a different midi channel,every time i change to a different trk. when it use it?

Yes, I explained this in the other thread, as well ;)

If you don't change the midi channel when you switch tracks, if you try to do a PC, it's going to change the program for every track that has the same MIDI channel as the track you're currently on.

I would assume that Fruity Loops could accept more than one MIDI track at once, if so, just setup Fruity to accept multiple MIDI tracks and you should be fine.
