Insert note in step edit mode..

Hi all,
When I want insert a note in step edit mode into track (insert button), default pad is setting C01,
Is it possible to change this default pad (or note) to A01 for example ?
I use overdub method but insert button is sometimes useful..

i dont think you can do this

yeah thats true for me too, except i get C05 instead of C01, but i enter the pad i want by putting odub on, finding the time i want it at, then tweak the rest of the event in the list to get it ideal, sometimes the 'window' button
helpfull, to set up how it responds to durations etc..

Yes, pad C05 is correct...
