Changing The MPC 1K LOGO

Hey There ^^
(Sorry for my English but iam German so i may not find the right word everytime...)

I`ve seen many people have changed their main mpc 1000 Start up Logo...
is there a Editor oder is it realizeable with Microsoft Paint in the right Picture height and length ?
There are some realy cool Logo´s in the net...
Can you put any logo in it ?

Please gime some request Dude´s...

By the way: I don´t have a MPC yet, but i´ll get the 1k soon...

you need the jjos but yeah, if you can create a 240x64 pixel 1 bit picture in photoshop etc, you can have your own start up logo.

Do you need the OS ?
I don´t trust the OS...i don´t want to damage my MPC or suppon...
and i don´t think that you have any warranty after the installation of the Os do ya ?

so, don't install it. i, and many others have installed it, it cannot damage your mpc.

who gives a f*ck, akai's last attempt has a serious saving bug in it, that will corrupt your beats. plus, you can always re-install the akai os and they'll never know.

So you mean that it doenst matter the **** if i use the Akai installed OS or the Special JJos ?
I can reinstall the old Os in every direction ?

By the way Do you know how you can install a HDD wid the HDM 10 Adaper?
where is the slot and so on ?

so i won´t install that OS till they fixed the Bugs...
But that are Japan or chineese dude´s ^^
so i expect they will stick power to their work to
make that bug fixed^^

You got sth wrong, akai OS has the bugs, JJ Os is just fine, dont worry nothing wrong can happen

THAT MEANS THE AKAI OS IS **** ?!?!?!?
AND I SHOULD INSTALL THE JJOS ??????????
to run the mpc without any problems or suppon
(I don´t know why, but iam a bit afraid of the jjos still now...)

That's OK, just go on being afraid whilst the Akai formatting routine gradually turns all your stored files and hard work into a useless, garbled corrupted mess. At least you'll be able to live with that sense of security....

i don´t want to loose my files by the AKAI OS...^^
(I also had seen many guyes working wid it on youtube.com...wid absolutely no problems ^^ )
but what is the latest jjos ? and where i can find it...

Just follow the instructions on the JJOS page. If you don't want to install the pay version, just install the 3.06 OS... it's free, and better than the Akai 2.10 OS.
