Just had my first crash ever on the Mpc, with the new version. After hours of work it just froze during playback...

Nobody missing the ability to edit parts of a program? Dismissing this feature isnt worth the new interface at all imo

Just about to load this up but ^^^^^^^^^^^^what do you mean you cant edit parts of the program? what do you mean by this? i might just stay behind

When you hit F6 "whole" you used to be able to select a part of a program like B1-B8 to edit the settings for these 8 pads, this is not possible anymore, its all or one...

Meaning that if you go to MODE+11, and try to hit the F6 to activate the "whole" option, you can't edit that range of what's being edited, it's just all the pads in a program, or 1.

Personally, I don't like that option either and hopes that JJ will update it, but I dunno, I want real finicky options with the "whole" feature that would probably be too much to ask, hehe

edit: Oops, I was too slow on reply ;)

Thanks for the 99 Progs JJ!!!

I personally will be using it when I load my mpc with chromatic progs and kits to jam with my crew.

(Probably not all 99, but more than 24 :)).

:D

I just noticed that as well.

I also noticed that in Pong, the ball moves rather sluggish now.
I'm not sure if JJ is running out of room for new features due to this.
But if that's the case, we may have to make some sacrifes.
I sent the bug to JJ and asked him to confirm whether he's running out of space for more features/bugfixes.

If Pong needs to be removed in exchange for better performance, I still have my Atari 2600 consoles. 8)

Yeah, what's up with that... that's a bummer for sure... I thought being able to select the range of pads for WHOLE mode was key.

Right, and losing this feature for the looks of the menu is just ridiculous. I already reported "it" (its not a bug its a feature??) but i dont understand why nobody else here cares about that....
