After i chop my sample up that i recorded through my turntable and press shift 5(trim) to trim it up into zones. Then chop it into sliced sample with no program how do i get each individual piece that i chopped onto each pad?

Once you chop it up you have to extract the samples. On the 2500 its under edit on the screen (F6). Once you extract all the samples you want you can assign them to pads using the program menu (Mode > Program).

He has a 2000XL...a look into the manual though told me to use Edit-->Slice after Zoning the sample.

after you chop go to program mode, tap the pad you want to assign a sound to, then you should be able to wheel through the samples you have loaded to find the one you want to assign.
