Adjusting tempo in a faster way

Hi

due to my testing of a Hammond B3 sample I have started to use the MPC1ks internal leslie effect flying pan which can be synced to tempo.

I would get a quite good leslie on slow/fast if I could adjust overall tempo from say 50 to 300 in a couple of seconds. But it is hard to manage this change when playing live as well. Could this be adressed to a Q-link in a future OS or a footswitch (there's currently some tap tempo option on the footswitch, but I have not tested it).

I guess I could save to programs - one based on slow leslie FX and the other on fast, but not sure if the MPC can adress two FX, one for each program. Any suggestions?

Ok. If one could do some work on the bit chruncer and make it more like an overdrived tupe amplifier, then this mpc would become a swiss army knife for me. Dear Santa....

you can adjust the tempo of the sequence with the Q-Links but that may phuck up your sequence.

do you mean there is a a bug there? in which way does it phuck up the sequence ?

no, i mean that it would speed up and slow down the sequence as well as the 'Leslie' effect, whereas i think he just wants a quick way of speeding up and slowing down the lfo on the flying pan effect, and leaving the tempo of the sequence alone.

that would be a nice feature. Is there anyone on this forum that communicates with the JJOS folks?

try using the 'numeric' button, when the cursor is on the tempo value - hit 'numeric' then use the numbers on the pads to fill in tempo value, the change should occur the moment u press the 'numeric' key after that to set the nu tempo, if u did it on beat, yeour timing might be ok.
