Saving methods on mpc2000

hi there,
ive just got an mpc2000 and am tryin to find the best way for me to save sounds/sequences etc.
i know you can get zip drives for them, but ive been told even on one of these you cannot store a large amount of data, if anyone could get back to me with how they do it that would be much appreciated.

Zips can hole 100 megabites that's what i use and it's quite a bit
