Please Insert MPC 2XL Disc?

I'm thinking about buying this 2xl but the guy says when he turns it on, it says this, "Please insert MPC 2xl disc" anyone know what this is about?

anywhere to get this disc, or could anyone send me one?

I didn't think the 2xl needed a disc to boot....give me the 411, I'm a 60 MK1 user...thanks yall
