CLEANING MY 2K

Hello,

anybody got any good tips for cleaning the inside of your box 'o tricks? I've got a couple of sticky buttons on my 2k, but I've never opened it up to look inside (I'm scared......and lonely, but that's another tale.....).

Is it easy? Am I gonna f*ck it right up, despite not being a complete spaz?

some compressed air always helps with dust. as far as buttons go, a few times i've had some kind of cr.ap around where my buttons sit and also on the button itself and it makes them stick sometimes and not act right. pop that cover off, man. dont be scared yo. just open it and clean that joint. but if you use any kind of spray, do not spray any liquid directly onto your MPC. spary onto a cloth and wipe whatever areas need to be cleaned.

also you shouldnt break anything so dont worry about that. but i will say be careful taking the cover off and putting it back on. i've knocked into a couple of my buttons a few times and knocked a couple loose from the rest. so t here's a few that wont stay in place when i take the cover off anymore. anyway, my point is just be careful not to knock into anything too hard with that cover.
