i recently bought an Akai MPC 1000, and accidentally formatted the 32mb card it comes with and its samples. for some reason i thought the samples would be undeleatable, like some windows files. i was wondering if it was possible for someone to email me the samples from that card.
thanks

thank u, i very much appreciate ur help.
but the ones im talking about is the 10 mb worth that was on the card during the initial purpose. it contains the samba kit, j-percussion etc.
i made a beat using those, but since they are no longer available to me i cant play those sounds. the beat was coming a good direction. just dont wanna lose it.

there are indeed differend sound packs

the first akai shipped with 32 mb cards, the later mpc shipped with 128 mb cards, the later 128 mb card got like 40 mb drumkits. maybe it is in there.

see this doesn't make sense to me.

my MPC1000 never had any 32mb card with it and i bought two 256MB cards with it for 12.99 a piece. so i asked on here if the 32mb card had sounds different than what were on the internal memory.

people said that it was the same and that the 32mb card had nothing different. so i didn't bother driving 45 minutes to try and talk GC into beleiving that my card was missing.

now your talking about some samba kit?

wtf?

never seen any samba kit. Not that i truly need it but that still sucks.

ill check my 32mb card to see if i kept the stuff on it. cant remember if i formatted it first thing or not. i dont recall being able to make anything halfway worth saving over anything before i copped more cards. so it might still be on there.

DaGrink..... I have uploaded the Autoload folder from the mpc1000 32mb card, to "yousendit". This includes the samba kit and others. It's about 7½ mb in all.
Click the link to download. It will be there for seven days.

i found it, im on dialup tho so this cat above ^^ looks to have you covered.

to clear it up. the 32mb card had two folders on it, one with the internal sounds on it, and then the autoload folder with the other kits in it. the internal sounds is like 5mb and the autoload is a little bigger. and a little better.
