i have to choose between 2000 CLASSIC and 2000XL LE

i really don't know wich one i should get?

i'm real new when it comes to mpc's and i've read some posts on this forum but i can't make up my mind. and the problem for me is that i don't understand the specifics about the machines, for me it's like chineese .. I've experimented with reason back and forth for about a year now to learn how to make beats and i have no former knowledge of music production, but i'm statisfied with how i've evolved so i'm feeling ready for an mpc (http://www.myspace.com/beatsandtattoos)

but the case is that i have two options at the moment and i'm really eager after 4 months saving cash

the first one is this MPC2000XL LE (http://www.blocket.se/vi/11091396.htm?ca=10_s)
the thing is that the colors **** enoys the shit out of me, that's maybe kinda dumb but i can't help it.. i wan't my mpc to be grey. and the price is a bit expensive too 6500KR (907$), plus the guy lives in another town. but on the other hand people on this forum has talked really good about the 2000XL

the 2000XL LE comes with a floppydrive, 32 ram, 8 out


the other one is a MPC2000 CLASSIC (almost box fresh)
it's quite cheap 4500KR (628$), it's grey and the guy selling it to me lives in stockholm too so i can meet him face to face

the 2000 comes with seperate outs, extra memory, SCSI and almost untouched + the guy offered me his old zipdrive(not knowing it'l work)




i really appriciate all the help i can get!
i'm afraid that i'm going to start spending the cash i've put away if i'll wait any longer haha

2000xl utan tvekan! (im born and raised in sweden if ur wondering how i know the language)

haha but seriously the XL is an upgrade to the 2000, so it has some better qualities. I dont think the 2000 can do anything that the XL cant.

having that said i dont think the upgrades on the XL are enormously different to the 2000 classic

and the classic is cheaper and the you said u didnt like the colour of the XL.

so go for what ur willing to pay for
