I have a azz load of ill wav files. What program can I use to convert the wavs and save them on a floppy disk. The Mpc Editor program does not work with 12 bit files.
first, you need to format the disk on the 60 (either DD or HD with the tape over the hole trick). then you export the pgm to the floppy drive with the 60-formatted disk in it. load the disk in the 60. then re-save the pgm to a new disk.
i haven't noticed any big difference in sound/ grime factor etc after re-saving to the new disk on the 60. perhaps rohan can expand on this topic.
