with that out of the way....i would def. keep my 2000xl because it was the last MPC that was geared towards making music and not seeing how many useless functions you can stuff in a sequencer/sampler. not under-developed but not packed with so many features that the manual could crush a small child.
"Useless functions"... that's a matter of opinion and I don't think anyone is really arguing on this thread merely giving their opinions and experiences with MPC's. Everyone wants to add their 2 cents...
