help sample cutting off?

everytime i play a pad when its not recording the sample plays all the way but when i do it on some pads during recording it will cut out and i cant get it to play all the way through. I never had this problem on my other mpc's. Does anyone know how to fix this. I cant finish any of my beats because of this.

is this happening during recording in the 12 levels mode?

Does it cut out at the end of the sequence or before?

it cuts out in the middle of playing the pad... the 1st pad i hit the samplesplays in full the 2nd the sample kinda just stops...anyone??

Maybe the pads are in the "Note on" play mode instead of "One shot"?

Program Mode -> Play mode

Make sure the pads are "One shot".

nope that was the 1st thing i checked... and my mute groups.
