Florida Is The Place To Dig!!!

I'm going to West Palm Beach for spring break does anyone live around there and know some shops where I could locate some vinyl!

Not too sure about West Palm, but Orlando's a little less than a 3 hour drive with mad diggin spots.

Retro Records on Bumby (a little pricey but everythings 10-15% off)

Rock & Roll Heaven on Orange (most likely has what your looking for) they got a good dollar bin with about 5,000 records in it, and possibly the biggest collecton of 7" I've ever seen. This is probably my favorite spot.

Orange Tree Anitque Mall in Winter Park on Orlando Ave - Back Room (about 10,000+ records all for $3 a piece regardless what the price tag says) - I hate to give this spot up, but there's so many records in there and the guy adds new stock everyweek, so I had to share it.

Park Ave Cd's on Corrine (has a good hip-hop collection)

Ok so I'm in florida now luckily to get out before the snow storm and went digging today. I went to one record shop I forget the name of that was in the phone book which was so so I bought pink floyds the wall for 15 which was about the most expensive record in the store everything was very under priced. I bought quincy jones david sandborn donald fagen for like 4 dollar each where in NY shit would be like 10 or more. They had a bunch of soul record too that I had bought in NY that they were selling for 4 dollars that I paid alot more than that for. After I went there I found that there are thrift shops at about each corner and they sell records for $1 each and are in good condition. I found about ten records in just one store, I plan on going to more tommorow. Basically florida is littered with rare cheap records. The only problem is the hicks down here. When I asked the record shop owner where the soul and jazz records were, because nothing was labeled he pointed and said you will find alot of COLORED records up there. All I can say is I love New York and I'm glad I don't live here!

thats an average price for PF the wall thats a dope albumand sometimes hard to find in great condition without the record being jacked up.
about a month ago i sold two of them for that price and then i had a mint one come in and i had to up it to 20 i dont think we have it anymore .

Take a ride over to 45th st. or shit even visit downtown west palm and tell me if you have came to the same conclusion... I would bet not...

glad you picked up some finds man, and honestly I would love to tell you of a couple other spots I visit but I don't feel like get wiped out lol but honestly man like you said there's really spots at every corner just do some drivin around....but if you tell me where your located I'll try and lead u in the right direction....
