Can someone tell me how this is done? never mind forgot to take after off....fack nevermind. must be the 40oz's

-mode + pad01
-select q-link settings
( i like to use q link after i recorded something )
- rec your seq
- press the after button
- select new track and press rec+playstart
- slide your slider
- press stop
- press after button of
- press play start
