Can The 2500 trigger pads like the 2000xl at the same time without using the same fliters. I know it can play up to 4 pads at once in the new program mode . But i dont like using one Filter & one Amp Envelope for all the 4 spaces .Need A lil Help . {dig or die}

I'm gonna assume you mean samples when you say pads cause that makes most sense.

If you put 4 samples on one pad then the filters/amp env will act on all of them unfortunately. I'm gonna accept this as a glitch from AKAI and hope that it will be fixed in some update, cause it's just to dumb. If layering drums for instance it's pretty darn logic to wanna filter out separate freqs on the samples.

To answer your question: No, sadly. Use two pads instead...

^yeah that was one of my main beefs against AKAI, Wanted to shape the sound that way... oh well I'll just use separate pads and see how it sounds in the mix.
