Share your knowledge on these two classic MPCs

thx in advance to any help any of you may provide...

i just got my 60mk1 back from service had new pads and sensors installed...just started a new sequence only using 2 pads just kik n snr....and after a few reps of the sequence the cursor goes crazy bounces around all over the screen and i get an error message saying " too many events in the sequence please change to a slower bpm " its really weird ..... i have os 3.1 with max ram and scsi installed... any help would be awesome...thx alot

This can happen if you have a MIDI FEEDBACK LOOP is present.

Can also happen if the sequencer gets flooded with excessive PAD PRESSURE EVENTS when "NOTE REPEATING" at higher tempos an TC resolutions.

Anything other than this and the problem could be a result of the recent front panel repair being performed incorrectly. ( loose harness or similar )

thx rohan...it was the midi messages that was messin things up...im new to the 60...i never had this sort of problem with the 2000xl.....60 is so much better though......thx again.
