No one is holding a gun to your head ;)

yeah --yeah, i know, i know.. but the more and more i learn about it etc, it reaffirms my opinion about this unit.

btw, dude in the vid is pretty good with coordination.. not everybody can play out their drums all at once like that..

Yeah it was pretty low,....but thanks for posting it up. Hopefully I'll be able to get something up one of these days. :D

hopefully i can get a mini camcorder, so i could put some up.

or i could take alot of fast digitial snapshots, you print em out , make a flipbook animation sequence an rock the beat. I magnetically imprint the sound to the top 2 millimeters of film.

I don't undestand why a lot of people bad mouth the 500...it's a powerful little box if you think about it....people **** and whine about all these extra features and they probably wouldn't know how to use them...i think the 500 is perfect for someones first mpc

Oh for sure, but the 500 definitely needs some repair work within the OS. One thing I heard a few guys mention is that each track needs velocity parameters,....it is such a pain not having this feature and untill last night I wasn't sure if this was something that really mattered all that much, but its really needed.

dood, this is my 2nd mpc(after the software only phase) and it doesnt have to be a beginner's mpc (cuz its the smallest in size and most features).
plus the scrollin thru screens shit could discourage a beginner (used to colorful computer screens, faster choppin on a comp, etc.)

its the man not the box that makes the tracks ill.

word up......the only thing I'd like is more outputs....that's pretty much it....but i know a good workaround that....
