guitar center performance guarantee

has anyone bought their mpc2500 from guitar center and put on the performance guarantee? i did that when i bought mine. how would i go about getting something fixed? do they send it somewhere?

yeah but not specifically the mpc though. They usually send merchandise back to manufacturer if still under warranty. I had a synth that had some issues and they sent it back to germany, s**t took for ever. Cool thing though, they lent me a floor model until my came back. I had that floor model for like 3 months. Im not sure if lending gear is standard procedure, but I recommend finding a manager and workin it. They obviously have more pull. So my advise try to get a loaner.

Yeah.. www.GAK.co.uk I bought my MPC there,and in case my mpc catching a glitch.. i don't know where and how to fix It..
